Immerse yourself in nature at our very first Eco Medics Woodland Retreat! Surrounded by forest, we will spend the weekend practising yoga, going on guided nature walks, engaging in fireside talks and more. We can't wait to see you there!

About the event
Arrival
Arrive any time from 6pm on Friday 31st May 2024, but be sure to allow enough time to get unpacked before the Welcome Dinner starting at 7.45pm!
Departure
The retreat will close at 5.30pm on Sunday to allow you enough time to pack up and get home before too late!

Paddle Boarding
All food, non-alcoholic beverages, talks and activities are included in the ticket price. The only exception is paddle boarding on the Sunday afternoon, on the enchanting River Stour as it winds through the forest. If you would like to take part then please make sure to add a Paddle Boarding ticket for £14 when you register - all equipment provided and no experience necessary!

Don't Forget...
to bring a towel! And if paddle boarding, your swimming costume just in case. For those who are wild camping, please also remember your tent, sleeping mat and sleeping bag. A couple of other handy bits to have are a head torch and a power bank if you have them!

Luxury Bell Tent
The ultimate luxury glamping experience, our Bell tents in the wildflower meadow come with their own campfire, firewood, beds, mattresses and lanterns, not to mention access to the hot showers nearby! All you need to bring is your towel! Each tent sleeps 4 people, so if there is anyone you would like to share with, please let us know when you register.

On the Sunday afternoon, we have an optional Paddle Boarding activity on the beautiful River Stour through the woodlands. Everything will be provided, and no experience necessary!
£14.00Wild Camping
For those who are happy to forego their home comforts or simply prefer the true camping experience, we also have a small number of wild camping spots available too. These spots are more heavily subsidised to ensure this retreat remain affordable to everyone. You'll still have access to the showers and toilet facilities, but you will have to bring your own tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag and towel.
