Immerse yourself in nature at our very first Eco Medics Woodland Retreat! Surrounded by forest, we will spend the weekend practising yoga, going on guided nature walks, engaging in fireside talks and more. We can't wait to see you there!

What's included?
Bell tent with comfy mattress, luxury bedding and lantern (if the Bell Tent option is selected)
Hot showers
Firewood for the communal campfires
Refreshments (coffee, tea, soft drinks, snacks)

Paddle boarding activity
On the Sunday afternoon, we have an optional Paddle Boarding activity on the beautiful River Stour through the woodlands. Everything will be provided, and no experience necessary!
