About the event
In-Person or Online?
You may be wondering whether to attend in-person or online. While the online experience will be made as interactive and engaging as possible, we cannot wait to show you our real-life event! Set in the stunning Royal Geographical Society (with The Institude of British Geographers) in central London, you'll be treated to countless networking opportunities, a delicious plant-based menu for the day, the chance to meet our affiliate partners and even join our post-conference social! If you are based outside of the UK, we would encourage you to consider joining us online, or if you are hoping to join us in person, we would love to have you but please minimise your flights where possible and consider donating to a carbon reduction scheme. Regarding the conference itself, we will be calculating the carbon footprint of the event and will be investing in carbon reduction schemes to offset any unavoidable emissions.
Ticket Costs
As with all Eco Medics educational events, tickets for our 2022 Conference are free of charge, whether in-person or online. To minimise non-attendance on the day, there is a £30.00 deposit on in-person tickets, fully refundable upon arrival at the venue on the day of the conference. Support Eco Medics
Eco Medics is run by volunteers and depends entirely on the generous support of donors, sponsors and grants. If you would like to show your support, scroll to the bottom of the page to Buy Us a Coffee, or head to our online non-profit shop where you can buy masks, coffee cups, and more through our carefully selected partner brands that sell anything and everything sustainable! All proceeds are non-profit and go back into our overheads, events and projects.
